In an increasingly globalized and digitalized world, people who are leading are often innovators. They therefore need to be equipped with the right skills and knowledge to take full advantage of the opportunities that their immediate environment offers for self-development and the advancement of their communities. It is precisely, in order to respond to these needs that my passion was born and i decided to make of it my leitmotiv. If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything. We today have to take actions that not only will have an immediate impact, but will also determine our future for decades to come. For us to reap the dividends we have longed for, it is up to our generation to make sure that influence is channelled correctly and directed towards relevant issues that affect not only ourselves, but generations after us. This can only be achieved if we come together as people and begin to address the challenges before us as a whole.
